They last...I recieved these headphones as a gift back 3 years ago for my 18th birthday. They've lasted all this time and still sound great, they have superb quality when used with my dell dj, cd player, everything. One of the ear pieces comes loose but that is due to my rought treatment not defective merchandise. I highly recommend these as they are an exceptional piece of equipment for the price.
