Product Description
Internationally recognized by players for its simple beauty and resonant tone, this is the most famous harmonica in the world. The pearwood body, solid brass plates and patented cover design produce a musical quality that, when first heard in 1896, brought the Marine Band immediate popularity. This is the model that helped to create the sound of the Blues, Country, Folk and Rock. 10 single holes, 20 reeds, length: 4". Due to health regulations this item may not be returned.Reviews
Garbage - AwfulMy first harmonica at the age of five was a Marine Band. I know there are still Marine Band devotees out there. Maybe I should have screwed around with the reeds but I just tossed it in the garbage. The Lee Oskar is better but I would never buy another Lee Oskar because of the "dog-whistle" ringing. (Tombo needs to work on that problem especially since they are marketing to reed bending players). Anyway, I found it leaky and unresponsive to the point of being unplayable.
