This here am one fine geetar, boy howdy!I got me one em SG geetars from out'ta garbage this one time. I were walkin along mindin my own, an seen this lady tossin one out, cause it were all broken up. She said it got that way because her son joined the Marines, and the son's boyfriend smashed it cause he were leavin him fer other men. Huh? I know - don't ask don't tell!
Anyways, I reglued the neck, rebuilt the lower bout with a good size Forstner bit, replaced a fair part of the control cavity, and put in new electronics. The bridge is new cause it were gone. I stripped the paint cause it were a mess. Now it gots a tung oil finish, dual original humbuckers, and an ebony fingerboard. And the neck am a good piece a flamey maple, just like it were a real fiddle. And the frets am jumbos.
It plays perty nice, despite it were smashed by a unholy love. It am also a good'un fer playin slide geetar. I likes to play 'Tumblin' Dice', 'Statesboro Blues', and 'Tell Mama' by the bucketload on it.
So, I allow you find a unnatural love tryst with geetars involved, cause likely you kin get one of em fer yerself. Cause you know them feggnits is always fightin an kickin, so sooner or later they's likely to bust one em geetars up.
