Product Description

Tenor Pans are also called the Lead, Soprano, or Melody Pan. Typically they carry the melody in a steelpan orchestra. This drum is made by Trinidad and Tobago Instruments. The notes are arranged in a circle of fifths. The range of the Low Tenor is C4 to E6, with a total of 29 notes. The skirt is 5 1/2" long. The drum has a 22 3/4" diameter and is made of new steel specified explicitly for a steelpan. Tuning is to A-440. Standard paint color is black with a silver playing service. Other colors and chrome are available at additional cost.

This is a single drum. This drum comes with a stand and sticks. Covers and carrying cases are available at extra cost as are books and video tapes -- please inquire when ordering.
