Finger Cymbals

 Need different elastic
I tried out my new finger cymbals -- not that I know what I'm doing yet -- and I found that the elastic too long. They weren't tight enough to hold the cymbals in place. I did some research on the net and found this website that has some great information. http://www.shira.net/zills.htm
"If yours come with the round cord elastic, replace it immediately--it makes cymbals much harder to control! If yours come with the flat strip of elastic that is approximately the width of the slots, that's exactly what you want."
Considering the price of these finger cymbals I have no problem replacing the elastic.
