Product Description
This 14" diameter "jing" gong is relatively high in pitch; the pitch descends after the gong is struck in the center with a hard mallet. Used in traditional Chinese Peking opera to emphasize important beats or phrases. A short sustain overall and clear pitch are typical with this type of gong. Includes one mallet.
