As technology has improved over the years, keyboards have been able to carry more features, better sound, and higher overall quality, all at a price point that makes sense for even the most novice of musicians and composers. This impressive keyboard set features 61 keys and 32-note polyphony. There are 482 sample sounds as well as 106 accompaniment beats, 102 built-in songs, and chord instruction options. Of interest to composers is a two-track recording set-up for those wishing to take a multi-layered approach to their compositions. Don't get this; get Yamaha PSR295I have this keyboard, and it's good, but the newer model PSR295 is even better and also sold here on Amazon. It costs more money, but it comes with adapter and stand, whereas this one (PSR275) doesn't. By the time you pay for those, you are paying the same price as the PSR295 anyway, so why not just get the newer and better model?
Great keyboardI bought this at Sam's club for $139 and it included power adaptor and stand. We wanted our kids to learn how to play music but didn't want to spend a lot of money on a full sized piano not to mention we didn't want to deal with the size and mobility issues. This was a great inexpensive keyboard for that purpose. We haven't tried out all it can do yet but we like the sound and the songs programmed into it.
